Members are permited to post their profile in Shubanu.com. The Reliability of the information given by the users on Shubanu.com is solely depends on the member's trustworthiness. Shubanu.com in not responsible for the genuineness of the information provided by its members.

Members should agree that they are legally eligible to get married as far as the age is concerned. Shubanu.com will not be responsible for misuse of any facility/service it provides, which is come under the violation to the local government laws.

Members should not have any claim against Shubanu.com for any time delay in posting their information into Shubanu.com website due to any technical reasons.

Displaying the member's profile in the Shubanu.com website is to the discretion of www.Shubanu.com

Newly created profile will be scanned for propriety and will be immediately activated after quality assurance check by Shubanu.com.

Shubanu.com reserves the rights to discontinue, deactivate, or terminate profile if

     •    Profile contents fail the quality check (in terms of vulgarity/profanity)

     •    Profile contents are not acceptable if it contains rough language or unprofessional material

Applicant or Profile owners can request discontinuation of profile when successful match materializes or for any other reasons. The request can be made via email. The applicant has to send his username and password along with the request to discontinue the service in order to process the request.

Any contact or acquaintance established by exchanging the members' profiles through Shubanu.com should not be misunderstood as a proposal recommended by Shubanu.com.

Every member submitting his/her matrimonial profile is required to give all the facts essential for establishing a marital relation. Concealing facts relevant to marriage could result in loss or damage to any individual and for which, Shubanu.com cannot be held responsible in any which way.

Shubanu.com is only an introductory platform. All consequences which may arise on account of any alliance that materializes through Shubanu.com will be at member's risk and cost and Shubanu.com shall not be held responsible in any manner.

The profile will display contact information that is specified by the applicant. The contact information is available only to valid members.

Verification of Divorcee Documents and other Certificates is the responsibility of Parents/Guardians. Shubanu.com will not bear any responsibility in this regard.

Shubanu.com is not liable for damages caused due to inaccuracy of the information provided by its members regarding the religion, caste or creed or any other personal information. If the member's profile is deemed to be unfit, Shubanu.com has the right to delete, alter or refuse the same at any point of time without any notice.

It's the sole discretion of Shubanu.com to transfer or refund any membership fee. Shubanu.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from discontinuation of the service. Shubanu.com will also not be responsible for any damage caused due to others accessing members profile.

Shubanu.com will make its best efforts to keep the website up and running all the time. However Shubanu.com is not liable for any suspension in operation due to technical or other reasons over which Shubanu.com has no control.
